How are you? How do you handle pressure? It was seedless and easy with all of the questions. It was so amazing and reassuring I was offered the job right then and there.

Server classes typically happen in the few months before busy season, so anytime july-october. After meeting with a server manager for your interview, you'll have a final meeting with the GM. If they offer you a position, you will take a week long class Learning the menu, followed by 5 shadow shift and 2 trial shifts.

it was a very simple interview process. a phone call followed up by in person, very relaxed process. Make sure you show your personality. They ask very basic interview questions.

Good, very easy to understand the questions and I was very prepared. Not too bad, interviwer was very nice. In person during working hours. Interview was less than 30 minutes

I sat at a booth with a manager and talked about my experience serving and how I handle high intensity situations. We talked about scheduling and then the general manager came out. She told me about the onboarding process and hired me.

Easy. Seemed pretty desperate for the position so it wasn't very difficult or lengthy. Essentially hired on the spot. Will describe more about the position and requirements than asking you questions.

I am no longer sure of their hiring process, I worked there years ago...back when they had all white uniforms--something that made Cheesecake stand out from their myriad of competition. The managers were there to build people up, there was a growth mentality when I worked at the Friendship Heights location. They did not want a host to remain a host, or a new/inexperienced server to stay there. They're basic hospitality training has helped me throughout my Hospitality career. They asked straightforward basic hospitality questions, it was overall an intense but thorough training period. With contentious management, aware of the intricacies of this industry. I am forever grateful for my experience with this company.

The interview process was very easy and simple. Straight to the point in my opinion. Dress to impress and be able to answer steps of service in order to get the job

The process was super simple, and they provided great communication. The interview went smoothly, and they accepted me and planned orientation in the same day. I was able to receive contact information and an orientation date to begin the job.
