First meet everyone and then go through a training process. Very simple and easy, as long as you own a camera you are perfectly fine. It was a lot of fun too

My cousin was my boss and my interviewer. He asked me to edit an article within 1 hr which I did to his obvious satisfaction as I was offered a position at the newspaper and joined the next day.
