I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at The Emirates Group (London, England) in Sep 2012
Interview
I applied online, and received an invitation to the Assessment day after 6 months. The Assessment day consisted of 3 rounds of group interviews, height and english language test. Candidates were eliminated after each round. The assignments involved customer service, problem solving, teamwork, creativity, professionalism. Each person had to stand up and present their ideas to the group. One of the recruiters conducted short interviews with each candidate. The candidates who made it to the end (10 out of 120), were invited for a final 1:1 interview, which took place a few days later. 5 out of the final 10 were offered the job.
