First we were dropping off our CV to the recruiters, it will take less than 20 seconds to give her a good impression of yourself, so try your best or you will be rejected. Then if you pass the cv drop off, there are two group exercises, where you will have to stand up and talk in front of your future (or not) colleagues. TRY to stay calm, look at all the candidates and speak propertly. Then if you pass those two group activities, you will have an english test (in Spain) and then your final interview ( don't know how it went because i failed in the second group activity)
