I've applied online in June, my application went underreview in September and I wen't to OD in November because I haven't heard anything from them. OD we were like 200 people, and we start with CV DROP and it is exactly what the name says, you go there, deliver the CV and write the name on a stick. The point here, that I didn't knew it, was everyone was on the room and we went to the front and make the CV drop in front of everyone and I though it was 1 by 1 goin to the room, anyway we were late. Due to delay we hadn't any "goodbyes" yet we made the first exercise, We were like 30 in each group, I was on the first and we receive an object and a job and you need to say how you would use that object in that job. My was like lipstick and Radio Locuter. Good luck! After the group we wait for results, guess what? Only 3 of us passed. Waiting a LONG time so that all of us went to the first stage. - Be aware that they made the image selection here that's why so many went home, if they had made it first more of us had passed because the exercise would be just with selected people. The secont exercise we were 20 +/- and we had to discuss a paper with 12 passengers and only 2 vancancies to board and you have to discuss. Be ready for rude behaviour plus you assessor will ask you things during, things that you are NOT expecting. Anyway, results came out and we were 5 selected. On the end we were 10. Final Interview but first a lot of papers to fill, and Online assessments invitations - english and physcological. Unfurtunately, some of failed and we were just 7 now. All of us had a time to the final interview in DUBAI TIME, and 2 of them thought it was Portugal time, so you can see what happened. Anyway, my final interview..... Was the worst interview ever. I can't describe it at all, the woman interviewing me was super pissed and rude with me, asked me so many stupid things. Im pretty sure that I've failed and she said it too on a nice way aha MAYBE she was just testing me.
