Emirates organizes open days, which are basically recruitment days during which a lot of people willing to be part of the company show up. If you are selected and pass the different steps (exercises, presentations, etc) the day will be long and tough, so prepare to smile all the time and bring something with you in order to look tidy and fresh all day long. It really was a wonderful and enriching experience.

Smooth and consistant, where they gave you number and proceeded to each step with eliminations. It is super important to follow instructions by recruiter, as failing or doing like with "left-hand" might lead to immeadiate elimination.
