You have to apply online on their website, and after that you wil be invited for a open day where they will evaluate your CV, English writing test with essay for non native speakers and Height Evaluation, after 1 full day of assessments scenarios and 1 interview with former cabin crew.

Please talk to us about one time you had to disagree with your immediate superior, why you did it and how you handled it?
There are 3 stages, the 1st one is more focused on scenarios. Make sure you listen and involve the pple in your team. Make sure you focus on how you can cooperate and contribute to the whole team. And try to agree with what others will say. Keep negative opinions to yourself. You are putting your best foot forward.
