I attended to an open day. We we’re maybe 30-40, to begin with. The recruiter was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and carrying, and she tried everything to help us as much as possible. We had two group exercices. The first one was a group discussion exercise. We were 3-4 per groups. Each of us had to introduce themselves and then we had to answer a question about a pic we got in the beginning of the exercise. The second group exercise, was also a group discussion exercise. Once again we had to discuss about a picture we received, in order to solve a situation between different customers. During this exercise, we were 7-8 per group. We also had the reach test, where we had to be at least 160 cm tall and be able to reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes. Then we moved to the english test. It was so easy, and you can easily make it if you have some bases in english and also, some common sense. And finally we had the final interview. I haven’t done my final interview with the recruiter whom i spent the day with, but i had it with her colleague, who called me on Teams, directly from Dubai. She was so kind and helpful, and we even had some nice chitchatting before and after the interview, which was really easy IF you really have yourself prepared before. It was a situation-based interview, who can be easily passed by using the STAR method. I got the golden call the morning after.
