Robotic first interview not with a human 2nd stage left waiting in a waiting room over 60 minutes late with no communication. Left the process at this point as this was a day I was supposed to be at work and disgusted by lack of respect for my time.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Emirates Group in Mar 2024

Not invited. Then got to know that people with no previous recruitment experience were selected. Also not everyone has any degree at all. therefore I can’t assume what’s the criteria even.
