Very negative experience... everything seems nice and perfect but in the end they don't even dare to see your CV, they don't care whether you are a complete moron or a genius, you just need some experience in customer service, a pretty face, some American-sounding English and lots of luck to succeed in a selection process whose criteria are at least opaque and not well defined... Not to mention the falsehood in networking with other candidates that only wish you the worst... Btw if you do not have previous aviation experience it is very difficult (but maybe not impossible) to break through... The scenarios you have to discuss are simply BS and do not reflect the true (intellectual) potential of the candidate as a human being, rather just as a number...
