Interview
First of all, they ask if everyone has the minimum height and any visible tattoos. After there are some group conversations where they presented us many employees who did different things and we needed to decide who deserved a compensation. They want to see how good you are discussing as a team. After this you will get your final individual interview.
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
