Ho partecipato all'open day a Roma che si è svolto nel corso della giornata ed era diviso in quattro fasi. L'esperienza è stata positiva, sebbene le selezioni piuttosto rigide: all'inizio della giornata eravamo circa 80 e siamo arrivati al colloquio finale in 8. Bisogna stare molto attenti al grooming e al linguaggio del corpo.

The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
