Interview
3 days process. Friendly recruiters, first company presentation, then they collected cvs left and came back within half an hoir with pre selected cvs whom they wanted to stay. Then some group dinamics, measurments( mandatory to reach 2.12 meters on your tiptoes). Small talks with recruiters through the day. English proficiency test - quite easy, european b2 level. Psycometrics - easy as well but requires max attention. Last day- one on one interview. Simple behavioural questions.

Describe an issue at work and how did you deal with it.
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
