Online Aplication with multiple questions (or Open Day with CV drop) followed by an in vite to attend an Assessment Day with multiple group exercises, English written exam, reach test. And in the next day a Final Interview with one or two recruiters. The final interview lasts for about one hour but feels like 15 minutes.

In what way were you faced with a cultural challenged?
Please give me an example where you had a very difficult time with a customer and how did you handle it.
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
