Interview
The process was three interviews and was about what you would expect. The first round was with a recruiter, the second round was with HR, the third round was directly with the supervisor/coordinator. The first and second rounds were more simple (why do you want to work at Gersh) in the third round you have to make more of an argument about 1) how you can handle the pressure of the job and 2) why you want to work at Gersh.

The interview process really focused on what I wanted out of the program. They wanted to know my background and interests. They took the time to understand why I was drawn to a particular department.
