The interview process is in depth. There are 2 or 3 round interviews. The first interview is one on one with the manager and it explains what the company does and what they are looking for. The second interview is shadowing one of their top representatives to see what the position is all about. I like this because you can see if it is something that you want to do, rather than just having some recruiter explain everything to you. There is nothing to hide, when you are out with their employees.
