The interview process was a bit odd. I got a tour of the place, was based on physical ability as well and was asked about any gymnastics experience. I thought it would be more formal.

Interview
Phone interview (very brief, basic questions mostly surrounding gymnastic skill set and availability). This was followed up by an in-person interview; note that this interview took 45 minutes to 1 hour. A couple of general interview questions, then you sit in on a class, and the interview is finished off with another set of questions.
Note: you will have to sing
The process was pretty casual, I came in for a trial class with a head instructor where I mainly just helped guide kids and spot them. Then afterwards, they went over what the job responsibilities would be.
