Interview
The Mom Project is a staffing agency and so they act as the middle person between you and another company. Everyone I spoke or wrote to throughout the process was very friendly and always answered emails in a timely manner.
It was 5 interviews. An HR person, a manager, a group interview, then a full day of interviewing with different people from different departments. This was years ago, so maybe it's different now.
