I was approached by one of the directors on Linkedin, who convinced me to hop on a video interview. Then, I left a small baby at home and flew to Colorado, from the Bay Area, to do an in house interview. I was interviewed by 8 people, in office and remote, and was promised an answer 1-2 days later. Then answer never came, even I reached out to them to ask if they have any updated for me, I just got ignored, by their director and HR people. I felt that it was very disrespectful and rude, not to let me know what was the status of my interview, since I devoted 2 days of my life to interview for them, in another state! It seems that they don't respect potential candidates at all.
