There was an initial screening interview and then an interview w/ the general counsel. Both were pretty laid back. The GC is sharp and indicated the team is expanding rapidly. Strangely, the GC indicated he would set me up for the next rounds but then I later heard back that I didn't get it.

Interview
All interviews were virtual over MS Teams. First round was with HR, second round with the hiring manager, and third round with the group director. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature and did not dive deep into anything of substance.
