I was approached by a recruiter about this role and was invited to the offices for an interview. This turned out not to be an interview but a full day of free work. There were no interview questions, I was just expected to deliver a project. This was pretty awful, however to compound matters I was also asked to perform Design work even though I was brought in as a Developer. It felt like they wanted one person to do a two person job. They used legacy Windows machines and outdated Adobe software. This wasn't a positive experience at all.
