it was like an interview where they asked me my experience and if I had any prior. Very adamant about prior experience. not for the week or lazy, hard work builds character. A lot of hard working guys.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Town Dock (Point Judith, RI) in Jun 2018
Interview
The first step was a brief phone call with hiring manager, who described the role and the company. I shared a little background about myself. I was then scheduled for an in-person interview. One thing they stressed was not to dress up, because the interview would be right near the processing operations.
It was fascinating to learn about this unique business, and the people I interacted with were friendly. I enjoyed the family feel of the business. I found the interviewer easy to talk to.
Ultimately I was not made an offer because I think they were looking for slightly different experience. However, I enjoyed learning more about the company and was grateful to the company for their consideration.
