This was in 2014. I had a quick 5 min phone interview with the HR in the late afternoon. It was very difficult to hear anything over the loud background noise, but the rude interviewer did not cooperate to fix this. Moreover, the interviewer spoke in a lazy, quiet tone which did not help - the whole experience felt very unprofessional overall.
