Interview
Interview was very relaxed, asked about aquatic experience, if I'd been a prior swim instructor or lifeguard, certifications, etc. Went over job qualifications, responsibilities, mandatory trainings, and pay. Interview was an hour.
Easy, asks relevant questions. Casual, you should know the job and be ready to show up early and take it seriously. You’ll be the best at the job if you just do that.
Couple of behavioral / skill questions related to the training classes. Know all the types of saves and when to perform them. Also, know how to answer situational changes. 1 short interview with the lead Aquatics director. Offer next day
