The hiring process from cv screen to offer takes too long how would you decrease the time it takes?

Ask for timeline, budget, how long the current process is, how much they would like to reduce it by. Then ask for all of the stages in the recruitment process and how much time each stage takes, then you can explore where there is time to reduce in each stage.
