Pros
Self-motivation goes a long way here. If you're willing to put in the time, the pay and benefits are good, but the 401k is lacking (4% max, non-roth only).
Cons
Not many people are willing to help from what I've seen. More often than not, my requests for help were met with "have you looked it up?" The experience was frustrating to say the least

Hey! I am based in UK and I work at Revolut. I make around £70k pre tax a year plus bonus (up to 80% of base). Lately my personal life is not existing (working 60h-65h a week, not working on weekends), but I am getting promotions straight away whenever I am eligible, so feel that my work is appreciated and money is good. Do you think it is worth changing work if I make that money and my work is appreciated or I should look for something else?
