Telephone call from recruiter which then turned into two interviews with HR and the head of Assistants, then it was a chemistry test to see if you fit with current employees. aAfter that straight forward to job being offered, very open and honest interview process.

I was shortlisted through a recruitment agency , then I had my first interview with the HR and another colleague ( not sure who that was). No structure in the interview not sure if it's competence base. 30min interview. Very unfriendly HR.
