Pretty natural. Recruiting manager is nice and thorough with the phone screening. Pass the phone screen and typically your in-person interview is on a zoom call. A lot of the questions mostly focus on the kids and how you can make a change for them.

The interviewing process took about 2 days for me to find out I was hired. It was a one on one interview with the Regional Volunteers Manager. The hiring process took a little longer. About 20 days to get my contract signed even though I did a background check and TB test right after my Interview. The people are very nice and answer questions in a timely manner via phone calls and emails.
