Fairly easy process. If you have a Bachelor's degree of some kind you can skip an assessment. There is a video recorded interview asking about how you handle students and why you want to be a tutor.

You meet with a couple of recruiters via Zoom and talk about your qualifications and what experiences you may have that might help with handling and leading a large group of kids.

The interview was very quick, and the interviewer asked simple and common interview questions like tell me about yourself, what's your education, work experience, interests, and how will you be able to contribute to their organization.
