I recently completed the first stage of the interview process with Think Together, which consisted of a brief phone interview lasting approximately 10 minutes. Fairly simple, a lot of kid related questions. Like how would I react if a kid did a certain thing or what different strategies would I use to teach if not all kids were understanding my lesson . There was also an English and Math test
