I applied online. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Disinterested interviewer. The person who interviewed me didn’t seem wanting to do this interview from the beginning. She was asking behavioral questions but wasn’t even paying attention to my answers. She barely gave me the occasion to introduce myself and talk about my experience. It felt like a one-way conversation so she could finish the meeting as soon as possible. Even though I was answering the questions she was asking like “give me a time when…”, she was either not paying attention or doing something else.
I would not recommend wasting your time applying for this company, especially if this interview process reflects their culture. I cannot imagine how it is working there.

Question 1
Give me a time when you have to go above and beyond for a customer
Good, not that hard.
The interview lasted for twenty to twenty five minutes and was fairly generic. I got cleared for second round of interviews but apparently the role closed down so I had to move on from it.

Interview
Great Interview Process, although quite hard I have to say. The first 2 rounds were great, but the case study round was more difficult than expected. All interviewers at each stage were lovely.

Good experience with the process. The communication was very clear and quick respons. You also get in advance a lot of information about what the interview is going to be focusing on.
