2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Third Bridge (London, England) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had the worst interview experience ever ! The conditions were so bad!
Basically, I have been contacted by one of the recruiters at Third Bridge through a recruitment website, based on my previous experiences which she thought match the job's requirements perfectly.
Someone else from the same company asked me to do a telephone interview which went fine, I have been asked many questions about my previous experiences.
We went through each and every position in depth. Afterwards someone else emailed me inviting me for a face to face interview.
In total I have been in touch with 4 people and on the day of the interview I met four other different people!!!
I have been put in a tiny room which is smaller than a police cell, 2 square meters!! No joke!! basically there were almost no distance between me and the two interviewers!!
I felt so uncomfortable and found it awkward! Moreover this glass room doesn't have any air-conditioning there were no air no oxygen but just two guys sitting literally in front of my face asking me irrelevant and repetitive questions from their papers!!
One of the first interviewers was totally off the radar, She was seating in a very unprofessional way with one leg on the chair and the other on the floor, very chilled!!! She was looking at me in a very bizarre way, I could tell she was not listing to what I was saying at all! She was scanning what I was wearing! Staring at my watch then my shoes then looking at me up and down....anyway!
Even when I answer the question they would ask it again just because they had it on their script!
The interviews lasted 2h and a half in which I have not been asked to have a glass of water, I was sweating and needed some air, at some point I lost interest and changed mind I realised this company doesn't have much to offer, they based them selves in the City just to get the prestige, in reality this a call centre!!!!
I am currently working as a recruitment consultant and I took a half day off to attend this interview which in fact made me change my mind to change my job.
The whole experience was awful, it has made me realise my current job is awesome and I believe I am a better recruiter! I screen my candidate properly if I invite someone for the interview it's rare I don't hire them, I don't just invite them to waist their time their time and made them suffer!!!!

Question 1
You should have a great imagination and be a highly skilled liar to be able to answer "give me an example" that didn't necessarily happened to you in the past !!!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY)
Interview
Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
