After a quick telephone interview (no more than 5 mins) i was invited to the face to face interview at Third Bridge. The HR was nice and the interview lasted nearly one hour. She went through my CV and asked normal questions such as what do you know about us and why do you think this role suits you. She also asked me to do a mock telephone interview and afterwards asked "what you've learned from the experience just now".

the second one ask you to perform:
1.ask you do translation. don't think they evaluate that.
2.ask you to call up a retailer ( the interviewer). asking standard questions. evaluate your performance later.
