I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (London, England)
Interview
I applied through my Uni career website. I received an email for an interview. The person I was expected to meet had called in sick, and two other men replaced him.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They had no structure to their interview at all, and asked me hypothetical questions like 'what would you do if you had to find confidential information on South Africa' - it was something along this line, and they kept 'refining' it because I would challenge them on their question, as it seemed completely made-up (as they would take time to pause many times)!! this was supposedly a case study. They also had no even glanced at my CV beforehand, and did not know my name even. They were unprofessional. I did not know what to think of the experience, it was completely bizarre.
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY)
Interview
Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
