It was a two-step interview process first was an interview with HR by phone call, the second interview was with the VP. It was an offline, face-to-face interview. It was an enjoyable interview.

Two-stage interview covering CV walkthrough, competency-based STAR questions and company discussion. Fast-paced, people-focused role. Research Third Bridge's services and the Connections product beforehand.
Very lengthy and slow process, three rounds were done. Excluding telephonic round.
Communication done was very slowly and lots of follow up had to be done beacause no details werd given in timely manner.
Very professional and challenging. They will test you to your potential. However the people are nice and friendly. The process starts from HR to Manager then to VP. Overall it took me 2 weeks to complete everything.
