I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY) in Jul 2022
Interview
Two rounds. First was 30 min with a London based recruiter. Second about a week later with the NYC and London based Tech managers, Lasted about an hour.
After that I was told I left a really good impression, and that he'd be in contact to talk about the next steps. That never happened, instead I was ghosted, and they reposted the job listing

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Everything went well. I completed all my interview rounds with a strong positive feedback and then they never reached out. The manager from UK looked like she did not want to be there from the moment interview started. She sounded annoyed as it was her time to get off and she was interviewing.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge in Jan 2024
Interview
I enjoyed the process in the beginning since I felt like the company respected my time and actually treated me like a human being vs a resume. The communication was great and I received some tips. It wasn't until after the second interview when I had to double back and ask about an update on the application process just to find out they already filled the position. If you are interviewing people you owe them an update. I shouldn't have to find out 3 weeks post interview that the position was filled. I found that to be very tacky and it wiped out the positive experience I previously had interviewing with them. Very distasteful.
