Interview
The second stage of the interview was very interactive and the interviewer asked insightful questions. Not very stressful. There were two rounds of mock calls and a research section. It likely accurately mimicked what the real job would look like.
They will select your resume and after that their is virtual interview round and they will ask you some normal behavioural questions. Read the job description thoroughly and be prepared with the basic terms.
Strange... I ended up not following through with the second interview because I felt like the job had been completely misrepresented on the posting. The hiring manager was very nice but could not answer any of my questions about the company or benefits.
It was very casual conversation. Did not go in depth. Hardly 10mins talk. Was very professional, HR conducted it. Behavioural types Q n A. Really wanted to know the results from the answers.
