assessment day you will do a bunch of programming stuff and basically explain your reasoning behind it Having worked there for a long time I know what they are looking for, the main thing is they want to see you are competenet but also what is your vibe. Are you a nice person, do you have good social skills - will you represent the brand well (and to be honest attractiveness plays a major role) I have never worked with so many attractive people in my life
