A round of 4 ~20 minute interviews with 2 interviewers each time, mostly regional managers. It took a whole afternoon, about 3 or 4 hours total. Some of the interviewers were more of conversationalists and some were more hard question trying to rattle your cage.

Very lengthy, almost too lengthy but I am very appreciative the company puts that much thought into who they are hiring. Started out with phone calls, then a few drives to Bham, personality tests, then two final interviews with VP, etc.
