I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ThreeFlow in Aug 2021
Interview
Initial meeting with the recruiter and CTO went well.
I was rejected in the lead up to the start of more technical rounds. They ask for a code sample from a side project, and if you don't have that they indicate you can provide some sample code you wrote for your current or previous employer.
I was rejected because my family life hasn't left me with much time to work on side projects for a while now, which they apparently viewed as me not being, "Very motivated for this role." This likely wouldn't have been an issue had I been willing to submit code from a current or former employer, but given I have zero ownership of that code and thus no legal right to share it, I didn't feel like getting myself into a legal and ethical quandary by doing so.
