I applied online. I interviewed at Thrive Events (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process was extremely short, only about 7 minutes and could've been done over the phone. The woman interviewing me looked over my resume and asked a few questions regarding my experience and logistics, but was somewhat rude and condescending while doing so. She didn't ask me any personal or application questions to learn more about myself or my experience. She gave a brief description of the job and glamorized it when it essentially is selling products in kiosks at Costco, nothing that fit the description of the job I found on Zip Recruiter. Not worth the time, very misleading.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Thrive Events (Phoenix, AZ) in Dec 2016
Interview
I spoke with a hiring manager for about 15 minutes, and the interview was over. We talked about the company as a whole. The hiring manager explained that they bring people in with no experience and train them on the basic level for all positions. If you do an excellent job after 7-12 months then you are promoted to a manager or higher paying position.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Thrive Events (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Process took about two days from initially applying online to receiving a phone call to schedule an interview. Interview was for a job I did not apply for. It wasn't until the tail end of the interview when they informed me that the position I applied for basically did not exist and that instead I would be working at a booth inside of a Costco. Very misleading. Very frustrating.
