The interview process in this company was my worst experience. I've done all my interviews with success, then, I've been asked to complete a case study. When the time came to schedule a time to do the last interview in order to discuss the work I've prepared, the person I was in touch with went MIA and the person filling in for him just kindly told me that I won't have another interview because my work wasn't up to their standards. I was naturally shocked!! And reminded them that in their hiring process they were supposed to give me a chance to present, talk about my work and explain why I made certain choices. It is not ok to judge someone's potential just by looking at their presentation and saying 'we don't get it'. Of course you won't get anything just by looking at some words presented in the slide, it is only an overview of what will be presented. In the end, they understand their mistake and offered me to do my presentation and kindly offered me to schedule a date which I declined. Working with these kind of people isn't my cup of tea.
