Interview
Initially I was contacted by HR requested me to attend the interview, I refused but she convinced me to attend.
First online test both aptitude and technical round which contains Advance Python, SQL, Big Data Analytics and Hadoop related questions.
Next round direct technical interview from team member.
He given lot programming tasks in Python and complex SQL Queries.
I have cleared both rounds on top.
the final round is managerial round he is very polite but asked the proprietary Machine learning algorithms, codes and datasets which I have written for various projects in my current company. I refused politely and try to answer generally and explained the concepts also explained how I perceived those ideas precisely.
But he was not satisfied which I come to know at the end of interview.
Silent for almost 1 week no communications from HR.
I have called them they said you are not fit. I told them I have cleared all rounds at least you should have a courtesy to properly inform me with valid reason, may be you have multiple candidates and chose someone else who are also got finished all rounds.
Very Bad Experiance.
now a days if any HR called first thing I asked them about is company culture.

Round 0: online test on find the p value, z score, and data science related conceptual questions , python code snippets. And 2 python coding problem(solve all easy level questions on leetcode especially on strings and lists)No questions on SQL. Round 1: about recent project and questions on every single line is code in that project and again 2 live coding problem on string and list. Round 2: very disappointed with the panel of this round, very tough questions on logistic and linear regression, The mathematics behind those models

Different imputation techniques, to handle skewed data, to fix outliers
What’s the mathematics behind logistic regression, how to evaluate multiple classification output, explain every evaluation metric of GLM and OLS method, like what’s Pseudo R-square, F statistic, AIC, BIC, Durbin Watson, Jarque bera and again 2 live python coding questions and even after producing the required output he asked to further simply. These questions were asked in 2nd round, I was stunned with the level of questions for a senior data analyst role, I can understand if these were asked for senior data scientist position, my bad luck, failed in 2nd round

There are 4 step:
1. Resume shortlisting
2.coding test (2 python program and 1 sql question ) easy to moderate level
3.Interview 1 (basic of python , ml , stats, and some easy-level probability questions and project-related understanding)
4. this is the main interview with manager, where they understand work and question can be from anywhere mostly previous work
5. Last is HR round (salary discussion)
