      The entire organization depends on 2 key customers - almost 60% of the organization works for these 2 customers and if you are allocated to one among those 2 projects - forget about learning. You will not learn much there, New leaders who joined from organization like Wipro last years have changed the company just like wipro and since then the learning and work life balance have become a joke.
