Cons

- Slowly, slowly losing its originality- turning into a typical indian IT services company - Layoffs happened few months back. Sometimes due to this fear, we might end up taking a project that doesn't suit our skillset or aspirations. - Promotion cycle could be improved- rather than just focusing YOE, estimate on the basis of responsibility and skills - Hikes were okayish
