I interviewed at Times Higher Education (London, England)
Interview
3 interviews with line manager and directors, reviewing past experiences in the events organisation industry. Straight-forward process overall, friendly staff and focused on job's tasks and duties. Good feedback, punctual.

Interview
I initially had a screening call with the People Manager.
I was then quickly progressed to a first interview with the Hiring Manager within 24 hours due to the urgency of the role.
The interview with the Hiring Manager was quite informal and largely focused on outlining a task for the next stage, rather than assessing my experience in depth. The conversation felt positive overall.
Following this, there was no communication for several months, despite me reaching out via email to request feedback.
I eventually received an automated rejection stating that I had not been selected for the first round of interviews due to the volume of applications, which was confusing given that I had already completed two stages.
Overall impression: The process felt disorganised, lacked communication, and did not provide a good candidate experience.
