I went through two rounds of interviews, including a conversation with someone in a leadership role that the position would report to. After multiple polite follow-ups over several weeks with no response, I was told the role was being closed and would not be filled. Shortly after, I saw the same position reposted with higher qualifications. I reached out again to express continued interest in the updated role but received no response. The lack of transparency and communication was disappointing, especially after progressing that far in the process. Given that this is a large company with dedicated internal recruiters, basic follow-through and timely updates should not be an issue. Based on my experience and other reviews, this appears to be a recurring problem. I do not recommend wasting your time with Tinuiti.

First round call seemed to go well, and they scheduled me for a second interview. They then rescheduled the second round interview, and finally cancelled the new time-slot via the appointment scheduler without any additional information. So basically the recruiter ghosted me mid interview process instead of informing that the position was no longer available for XYZ reason.
