The interview process was thorough and required multiple interviews with multiple individuals throughout the organization. Each person provided valuable insight into the company while genuinely praising the organization as a whole. I was impressed by how it never really felt like an "interview" but instead an in-depth conversations with individuals you could tell were looking for the perfect fit not only for the position, but the company culture. The passion and enthusiasm demonstrated by the Vice President further supported the realization that Elite SEM is a wonderful company to be a part of.
