The interview process was sit down. The interview process was informal. The interview process was congenial. Travel expenses were reasonable for the interview. Preparation for the interview is not necessary.

Casual yet professional semi formal process. Very interested in my personal goals and ideal work environment. I met with a team of 6 current employees. I was invited back for round 2 and met with Jeff Toler. Jeff is passionate about IP. He takes client relationships very seriously, so the majority of his questions centered around client satisfaction.
