The interview questions are probably the most vague and general I have ever encountered. The initial phone interview only asked a couple of background questions, nothing technical. Apparently, they wanted me to come in for a face-to-face interview after that.
I met the VP during the F2F interview, and he gave me a very general requirement, and asked me to design the solution for it. I tried to ask questions to get more information, but he didn't seem to really want to provide more answers than what he had already given.
The office environment seems to be very quiet, understandably so since every engineer would get their own office instead of a cubicle. It's more of a law office than a tech office.
