In person interview was setup with the hiring manager. I got there on time but the interviewer was 35 mins late however the recruiter was great in checking in every 5 mins while I patiently waited. Anyhow the interview finally start after 35 mins so first impressions were not good. The interviewer was not prepared. He was very rude throughout the interview. I remained professional throughout even when he took out his phone in the middle of the interview and started checking emails. I hope the recruitment team reads this feedback to improve things. I was actually looking forward to Top Hat because what they are doing is fantastic however this was a bad experience for me.
